Maintenance of Certification

MOC (Maintenance of Certification) is the board certification process for assessment of continuing competencies of physicians (allopathic). MOC for those boarded in Aerospace Medicine is managed by the American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM): https://www.theabpm.org/ ABPM is transitioning from the current Maintenance of Certification (MOC) requirements to the more flexible and relevant requirements of the ABPM’s Continuing Certification Program (CCP). Osteopathic Continuous Certification

OCC (Osteopathic Continuous Certification) is the board certification process for assessment of

continuing competencies of Osteopathic physicians.

OCC for Osteopathic physicians boarded in Aerospace Medicine is managed by the American Osteopathic

Board of Preventive Medicine (AOBPM):

AOBPM is transitiong from the current Osteopathic Continuous Certification (OCC) to the more flexible

and relevant requirements of the AOBPM’s Longitudinal Assessments (LAs).
